Let's get started 

1.            Click on start menu

2.             Open run and type "regedit" hit enter 

3.            Now registry editor window will appear 

4.            Click on hkey_current_user/control panel/desktop 

5.            See right side and find "menushowdelay" 

 Double click and open it 

7.            One dialog box will be appear and value data will be 200

8.            Change 200 into 0 click okay

 Close registry editor

After all restart your pc and see amazing effect! Your pc running like new pc.
