More criticisms are being thrown at Super Eagles coach,Stephen Keshi, following Nigeria’s ouster from the FIFA Confederations Cup.
A former boxing promoter,Martins Osaile, believes Nigeria performed below expectations, solely blaming Keshi, for Nigeria’s elimination from the tournament in Brazil.
Osaile claims that Keshi has his own personal agenda that he wants to achieve,by selecting some players, which he played in order to raise their market values.
“Keshi has achieved his long term dream. At least two or three of the boys are now in the market and the agents can now sell them for millions of dollars,” Keshi told Vanguard Sports.
“No country can ignore the likes of Osaze whom Keshi has blacklisted because of personal differences. There are some players in the present squad that have no business wearing the national colours but because he feels he can make something out of them, he keeps inviting them,” Osaile said.
“We will continue to totter until the NFF corrects that mistake. Keshi has reached his limits. He can’t offer more,” he added.
Do you agree with Osaile?
