Miley Cyrus Wore a Whole Dress Last Night

In her most shocking move to date, the Karma Chameleon Miley Cyrus put on a a floor-length gown, ditched the gauche red lipstick and looked simply elegant at the Night Of Stars event in New York City.

The Bangerz broad posed on the red carpet like a grown-up (no tongue) and stunned in a glittery green Marc Jacobs dress. Miley was on hand to present the 'Superstar' award to the now-single designer.
